Would you all recommend the paperback versions of The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs and The Book on Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor or is the content in the books easy to digest via audio?

Typically, it's not a good idea to start performing surgery on a patient before you have finished digesting the how-to textbook.   

You did a great job structuring this, making it very clear and easily digestible for newbies.

My answer is this: in a tract of all similar houses you will probably be able to DIY with error of 10% In custom or luxury you could be off 40%

Way too much info to digest solo.
