I've established a dialogue with a tired landlord who is selling 12 rental properties.

I was just posing a question to open dialogue.

All insights appreciated and starting dialogues with realtors / wholesalers with this kind of focus is -most- appreciated! 

Instead, the email dialogue went like this: Roofstock Zack “Roofstock will notify your property manager that your property has closed and transfer all documents such as tenant contact information, lease, ledger, and final HUD.”

the dialogue is excellent and points to several things everyone should consider.East of downtown is an area heavy with revitalization and good investment opportunities, as I many young professionals have chosen to call that area home now.South of downtown is also a growing opportunity and will yield a lot revitalization.  

At the very least, I'm opening dialogue until I can refer customers who can close now so it'll make it worthwhile for them to run these prequalifications.

Again, just trying to open a dialogue to facilitate learning and improvement.
