They are priced at $1 because no investor wants to take on the risk or spend millions to remodel a place that is a dump, and in a crap location (I don't know if this is a crap location).  

I save thousands of dollars from having to repair and unclog drains because people throw too much crap in disposers and call me to unclog their drains.

Starting a campground is another speculative, expensive, time-consuming, and risky business that requires 14/7 management and most existing campgrounds are nearly empty since starting about 30 years ago when kids started getting all the new electronic games and other crap a high percent of families don't go to the forests and campground like they used to.Your ideas have too many 'IFS' and to many risks.

You could join a GC's team starting as a laborer (crap work at first like job site cleanup, managing people's tools, etc.) and will be given more skilled tasks from time to time to see what you're good at.

Both attics are pretty "clean", except there is evidence of a squirrel (crap) in my tenants attic, BUT no smell of anything dead, AND no swarms of flies in the attics.

If you buy it for $120,000 it's a crap deal. 

I think I'm just jaded now as a landlord with the crap i see, as that pic doesn't phase me... just trash, everything goes to the dump!
