My initial areas of concentration will be on wholesaling and flipping single family homes in an effort to utilize my construction experience in timely completing an investment project.Understanding that education is a key ingredient to success, I am looking to absorb all the information I can as it relates to real estate investing.

Loans are pooled and sold in geographic concentrations or exclusions as a primary practice all the time.

If you concentrate as far north as Manchester you will start to have a big fall off in the amount of MA people willing to go that far.  

We concentrate on areas outside of Flint and Detroit, such as Washtenaw and Livingston counties.  

In Troy, the numbers are a little better and if you can concentrate on RPI students there is a little less wear and tear to the apartments. 

Mostly concentrating on Montgomery Frederick and Carroll counties.

My agent knows she's gotta beat me to the sale or she doesn't get paid.I'm pretty fond of paying other people to do work, though so I can concentrate on buying (and enjoying life).
