New Investor - Florida

Hello BP Community,

My name is Gerald Green from Broward County, Florida. Joined the BP Community over a week ago and have spent time since joining looking around the website and reviewing the vast amount of information that is available. I am relatively new to the real estate investing arena although I did flip a property in 2006 that was quite profitable. I have over 30 years of construction experience in Florida in the area of new construction and remodeling of single family homes.
Looking to build a successful real estate investment business that is built on honesty and integrity with a goal of providing options to both homeowners and investors. My initial areas of concentration will be on wholesaling and flipping single family homes in an effort to utilize my construction experience in timely completing an investment project.

Understanding that education is a key ingredient to success, I am looking to absorb all the information I can as it relates to real estate investing. I am also seeking mentors and coaching to help navigate my experience. Looking forward to networking with like-minded individuals here in the BP Community.
