I listed and sold a house that had seen 50 years of smokers... we hired a local company to use ozone machines for three days, and it completely eliminated the smoke smell. 

If not, start washing everything and run it again.I used it last year on an apartment that had a smoker living in it for 30 years.

I bought my 2 bed/2 bath condo as a fixer (Seller had been there for over 30 years and was a heavy indoor smoker). 

Software is not my need, either, unless it has a lie detector test for smokers. 

Also, a very reliable housekeeper who communicates really well and could handle basic things, for example: - reports to you when she/he smell cigarette in the unit, which means the guests break the house rules.- takes pictures if things don't look right, say there is a mess left behind, or any trace of party happened the night before.

It's no different than legalizing alcohol or cigarettes, they have nothing to do with the price of real estate.

One coat, no cutting in or prepping needed.You can't tell.But I did learn the hard way that it doesn't work with smokers.  

It's so awful that I feel moist and filthy having just carried it to the curb, also I now have the unmistakable aura of cat pee and cigarette.

The same management company now put smokers in there (which I never wanted) so I have got rid of that management company and we will see where it goes from there.Hope that helps! 

After an inspection, we found the place to be roach invested, and they were not only smoking in the place, but they were putting their cigarettes out on the nice hardwood floors.
