I’m leaning towards meeting in the middle and doing $850 to see if she takes it or leaves it which would still allow me to pay slightly below the rent value of what she’s paying to pay off my CC debt faster and still save for Cap Ex, maintenance costs and all that set aside but I won’t cash flow at all till I move out and have both sides rented.What is everyone’s thoughts or advice?

I spent two years in CC and transferred to a 4 year to save money. at this point I am happy I went because I have more opportunities and choices now.

Not that I advocate paying the rent with a CC but honestly, some people need to and other do it to CC hack and the couple of bucks it costs works for them.

They wanted to charge me a fairly large sum up front, then when I couldn't even pay it with a c/c I really got concerned.
