@Cesar Sabio do you know of any decent cabinet companies in Reading Pa?

All new cabinets.

(i.e. minimal kitchen cabinets, no dishwasher, older doors are ok, painting vs replacing items, etc)

One unit was completed a couple months ago and we did tile, and granite, new cabinets, total new bathroom.

. - 2 BR flat with full basement, somewhat finished Vacant, needs rehab: Kitchen cabinets and counter are in good condition, unit needs flooring, paint, tub kid, 2nd bath in basement, upgraded elec. panel- $15K MLS - 218028374

We're finishing sanding the drywall tomorrow, then it's time to paint and install cabinets.  

The entire apartment is now primed with oil base, backsplash is up, all that's left is patching/finish paint, and installing all new fixtures throughout (lights, fans, toilet, switch plates, cabinet pulls, etc)Total renovation cost up to this point: $3800

I will do texture, paint exterior and interior myself, baseboards and trim. cabinet install possibly What should my asking price be you think?

It will be interesting to see if it stays around once a new cabinet is brought into the Oval Office.
