Tile installation costs vs vinyl glue down vs floating vinyl
I'm renovating a 1300 sf duplex, 650sf per unit. One unit was completed a couple months ago and we did tile, and granite, new cabinets, total new bathroom. The 2nd unit is now vacant, we already did a new bathroom, now I have to choose whether to do tile again or try a glue down vinyl flooring or try a floating vinyl flooring. Unless I choose the cheapest thinnest vinyl flooring, I'm not seeing any cost savings by going with vinyl. Am I missing something?
