One problem I'm running into is that I have to use Stripe for my payment collection for VRBO bookings so it does not automatically collect and remit taxes...trying to set it up to do this through Stripe but it's not as straightforward as one would think

For example, a field called "Borrower Name" appears on page one once, and is copied as many times as necessary to the note and deed of trust, further down in the PDF.All I have to do is fill out every field on page one and every field with the exact same name in the rest of the document automatically matches and in the correct position.

I am looking for a bank that holds tenants security deposits and automatically pays the interest directly to the tenant annually, see the rest for description.Hello, I am a first time property owner and am trying to figure out where it is best to deposit security deposits, I am aware that it must be deposited in an interest bearing account per MASS law but also the tenant needs to receive the interest annually and I do not want to have to manually perform this task.
