Knowing of course that it is an IRS untaught method to their people who Audit return (of our SIC codes)-- An unknown fish so to speak that might cause them to simply redline it costing the customer big Bucks $$$$$$$$$ (and anxiety).The tax savings on a $30,000 write off should buy quite a few Mcdonald's cheeseburgers.

I was hoping to secure investments through auction instead of fixer-upper types via this method of funding. - Make more moneyI guess I'm just a little confused because this type of funding is backed by an asset and not unsecured.

I have done this several times and is my primary method of providing rentals which if done correctly, actually does help people.

I'm assuming the declined transactions have something to do with how the payment it set up because it appears that some folk are still using this method.

Have you considered using the BRRRR method, and kicking off things with a hard money loan?

I just started using the BRRR method.
