Typically you can find these out side the main appreciation market in secondary areas (IE not los angeles but markets surrounding or IE inland empire etc).Hopefully that helps@Matthew Kwan@Carlos Valencia

We looked into getting an STR in Cape Coral (we have one already in the Virginia Northern Neck that is performing well).I don't think that area would be a good investment choice for STR based on what I saw there and in surrounding counties.

Based on my future goal(s), I'm aiming to purchase a multi with good cash flow and I don't think that'll be possible in the surrounding markets.With that said, I'm considering looking into Pennsylvania and Delaware....maybe Jersey too?
