New to Real Estate - Hello there!

Kathy Anderson
Posted

Hello! My name is Kathy Anderson and I'm new to the real estate world. I have a little extra money sitting around that I would like to put to good use. I've been researching BRRR and this is the strategy I'm the most interested in, however I'm unsure if flipping might be better in this market. I'm looking to make new connections and partnerships in the Texas area. I live in Houston, however I'm looking at properties in surrounding areas and maybe even Louisiana. I'm really focused on getting all of my ducks in a row before I pull the trigger on my first deal…mostly looking for distressed properties that I can pay cash for to begin with. I am seriously new at all of this and I welcome any advice that you might have to give!
