The interface is very simple and intuitive.  

I searched the Utah Real Estate App, an interface with the MLS that is available for all non-agents looking for a home in Utah.

If it's some weird hybrid, I'd look closely at your user agreement, as well as the interface/dashboard/portal that they use with the tenant.

In an ideal world I'd have a remote property management company who has a limited scope of work, but is the primary interface with the tenants.

I can say Nevadas user interface is extremely useful as almost everything can be done entirely online unlike here in CA.My current LLC is active with bank accounts, but I have a separate trust that "holds" my funding.

Account Closed,Yes, I've heard from other folks that the mobile interface is different and may depend which browser you're using on your phone.I've never noticed whether there's a FAQ page for the forums, but you might try reading the "Questions About BiggerPockets and Official Site Announcements" forum or maybe posting there about it not working for you.David J Dachtera

Planswift is a dead platform from a technology standpoint, and it didn't make sense to continue to develop it.So far, Square has a few issues and I have to do some work-arounds to get past some interface and data management issues, but I would not go back to Planswift.

Discussions that have not received any engagement after 3 months are rolled off of the forum interface, but are not archived and still discoverable.
