So, you actually use PropStream? I was really wondering about purchasing a software and I rely on this site for the most reliable opinions. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I did use PropStream until I got access to the MLS as a Realtor. I was wrong before, your leads arent unlimited with Propstream... you only get 10,000 per month included with your membership as opposed to 100 with Flipster. And its half the price.
