I'd look at that as well as the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance, which every Pa township, borough or city has, or if they don't have those docs, they are covered by the county codes.

Again, I am sorry that your expecations were not met as I will always try to be honest, straightforward and respectful to all of our guests".It is a shame that one reviewer can hold so much sway, but sometimes the host's response (if done well) to a negative review can actually draw me to a property, rather than dissuade me from booking.

This is a unique home and it actually has a full kitchen, 2 bed and 1 bath downstairs and I think it might be well suited as a very large vacation rental(entire home) or both floors being rented separately at some point in time.

Well I have seen this come into play - I had someone who has a note in florida that was a non-owner occupied loan and the lender claims the borrower failed to make payments on this and attempted to record the deed in lieu.
