There are so few people and they are so spread out that it's really hard to get traction.

So we are looking for the same functionality with the added ability to populate directly to everyone's calendar, send notification when new tasks are created and integrate with all devices we use...and of course give our portfolio managers ability to run reports to ensure timeliness and thoroughness.  

So anyway, unless you are smarter than me, that kind of thing can happen... that's the reason there is no perpetual motion machine and no free electrical device you can build in your garage.

You need to get traction.

I also check to see how much traction those listings are getting, if its $1200mo and only has 3 contacts in 30 days that's a red flag, if its listed 3 days with 100 contacts, I know that's an accurate market rate.

You might need to elaborate what you need done to get more traction.

One word of caution, don't take a first job that is oriented around construction or construction management, I have found it very hard for folks to move from construction to development without some loss of career traction to do so.For example, I come from a family of real estate developers, but I was ambitious to learn rapidly and work for others in the multi-family development domain, so I obtained my first job (asst. project manager) for a division of KB Home (Kaufman and Broad Multi-Housing) that developed in-house apartment projects.

I actually did this a few years ago with water (I submetered the units and wrote into the lease that there was a flat charge per person but that I reserve the right to install submeter devices at any time and then bill tenants accordingly).
