Craigslist is hit or miss; as you will get bombarded with tire kickers or other new wholesalers that will waste time.

I am presently mailing to absentee owners but I keep getting a lot of tire kickers.  

Sure, it's better than being below average, but I for one am sick and damn tired of sitting in a friggin cubicle working my *** off for someone else who will lay me off when the quarterly reports dip, chunking money into a 401(k) that earns a paltry 13% per year on average.

So i'm at point A (tired of working for others and ready to do anything and everything to take charge of my own destiny) and need to get to point B (6 figure net income).

Try to seal the envelopes and see if the response rate picks up again. 10-15% call rate is good, it's pretty common that most of them are tire-kickers or calling to be removed from the list.

Sometimes I wouldn't go there for days or weeks because I was too tired or sick of fixing things.

This keeps some of the tire kickers away.

Heck I even check the cars to see if they are maintained, not maintained, have different color panels, riding in spare tires, etc.
