This reminds me of the new South Park episode where you are Butters Stotch and Morris is The Mummy and when you don't give him attention or he feels slighted he freaks out, breaks things and causes havoc all across the city. 

My bread and butter is fix-n-flips, but it's so competitive in my local market, and the deals are getting thinner and thinner because everyone else is including high appreciation in their numbers (because it has gone up 10%+ each of the past 2-3 years and people expect it to keep doing so). 

The portfolio I dealt with was always mid price range, bread and butter homes.

Because, when Del and Steve start talking about a bread and butter deal of buying a $100k house for $60k, that may not be the least bit relevant in your market.Hope this helps.

@Joel OwensIn the residential space, my experience has been that 70 - 80% of the agents are mediocre (or less) and their bread-n-butter is selling pretty houses to Dick and Jane.In the commercial space, you still have your poor, better, best agents/brokers, but the base level of knowledge and competency is higher across the board.

The main bread and butter of Cleveland investments is mostly on the "West side".

The particular house ended up being EFIS (synthetic stucco).

My company's bread and butter is PPC management, not website development, we develop websites infrequently, usually for clients that we need updates to in order to improve PPC, or really fun clients that come across our desk (like NFL teams) so I'm not trying to sell anyone website services here, and even if I were, I'd still give you my honest opinion.
