@Joel OwensIn the residential space, my experience has been that 70 - 80% of the agents are mediocre (or less) and their bread-n-butter is selling pretty houses to Dick and Jane.In the commercial space, you still have your poor, better, best agents/brokers, but the base level of knowledge and competency is higher across the board.
