Finding Partners / Teams to Flipping Remotely

My bread and butter is fix-n-flips, but it's so competitive in my local market, and the deals are getting thinner and thinner because everyone else is including high appreciation in their numbers (because it has gone up 10%+ each of the past 2-3 years and people expect it to keep doing so).  I'm seeing deals in other markets, such as Chicago, NE Ohio, etc, where the numbers look so much better.  I'd love to develop a team (at a minimum a good GC and real estate agent) or partnership in other markets to take on flips.

What I offer for partnerships:

  • My experience in flips
  • Bringing the deal
  • Funding
  • Bookkeeping
  • IT services (have to leverage what I do for my day job too, right?)

EDIT:  I wanted to change the title right after I clicked "Post", but am unable to change it.  Sorry for the bad grammar!
