You will constantly hear of shortcuts during construction and the conscientious decision to use lower quality materials during the renovation.

I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on what qualities and skills make a property manager truly stand out.

From what I've seen through pictures, the quality is sub-par (e.g. bad patching, no primer used, no corner bead used, etc.).I have recently started to get more strict on timelines (this is now 2mo delayed), and now he is halting the work.

How do property management companies perceive these areas in terms of tenant quality and rental stability?

They want quality information when they search for it.  

If you need any help with the flips or man power i can definitely provide a high quality service 

Smaller properties are cheaper to update or can use higher quality materials.

And we found a great pre-finished lumber supplier for the siding and the tongue and groove that is saving us 10 to 15k a cabin depending on the size (and producing far better quality results in the finishes).It doesn't sound like much when you're looking at 300k to 500k builds.  

So will more inventory hit the market in 2025, probably, but the key is, is it quality STR inventory hitting the market. 

That said, the block itself is great, and my agent has included drone photos to showcase the quality of the area.
