Investment Info:

Single-family residence note investment investment.

Purchase price: $102,000
Cash invested: $6,000

Originally used as a short term rental, this property is now a mid-term rental (min. 30 days) and continues to cash flow.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Smaller properties are cheaper to update or can use higher quality materials. I was interested in this property because of the size and location and was able to invest a small amount to furnish it then get it cash flowing quickly.

How did you finance this deal?

This was a conventional loan then refinanced to a 15 year conventional
