Even if he's found some rare assessment in a strange corner of the internet: 1) none of these BR's meet ASHI requirements, 2) none of them are permitted, 3) he's simply using this imaginary re-assessment as a negotiating ploy it seems.

This led us to believe the owners pulled a rebuilt permit as the fire may have not completely taken everything down.This also made sense because when I crawled the property before purchasing it all the plumbing had been updated as well as electrical which I thought was strange for such an old house.

I know things are very strange here in Oregon with the stay home order, but once it calms down I would like the opportunity to meet and talk with you. 

However I am a little nervous about getting my first deal during these strange times.

I find it strange that it's oil hot water but gas heat.

He wants a higher price but won't counter your offer, so that's a bit strange.

Strangely enough, there were very few offers on the place, if any.  

I'm in our procurement department, so I spend all day working with our suppliers of both goods and services, helping folks at our resort properties sort through issues, finding strange/large/expensive/hard-to-find items, and bidding out items that we need for various projects to generate savings for the company.

I am 19 years old and for some strange reason have a strong interest in real estate.
