The list is required by HUD but may be amended for additional requirements to a local market, but giving personal property certainly is not a requirement, such as a soap dish.

I've had to use that for a satellite location of a company I worked for, it was the only solution as it was still a bit rural, and the cable company wanted to charge me about 11,000 to dig the cable in for 500 feet or so.

Younger investors might benefit from the general knowledge but usually there is no real meat for experienced investors (details)Even with networking - I have found members getting booted out of the group because they were holding there own satellite meetings with some of the members.

They had no financial incentive for finding someone so it wasn't like they were going to do it.It's hard enough dealing with squabbles between tenants in different units, but I don't want to be called upon for people who are fighting about doing the dishes or leaving toilet seat up.Also, when damage is caused in common areas, there's no way to prove who did it.

They've got three cats and two litter boxes, and the entire unit stinks of litter -- they've also got food and dishes everywhere, and huge piles of dirty clothes everywhere.This is a nice, fairly high-end apartment in a not-so-great area, it should stand out as being nicer than the surrounding apartments.

What wasn't easy was getting them to dish out money to hire an Attorney to do a commercial work-out with no guarantees...especially they were looking at 10K for just the retainer.
