They would like to simply copy laws and adopt than re-invent the wheel.

Rather than creating this from scratch on a google doc or something similar, I figured I would ask the bigger pockets community to see if there is a way I could avoid having to re-invent the wheel. 

Limit the downside risk and don't try to reinvent the wheel.

I've reinvented myself professionally three times over the past two decades.

It's actually a good neighborhood and really developing, but it's just this one house that is making renting out the unit almost impossible.I've thought of a couple ideas, but instead of trying to reinvent the wheel I'm curious to hear from others who have gone through this similar situation and what you were able to do to "fix it" to get a unit rented.

Second, don't try to reinvent the wheel. 

But the non-162 cases were decided on similar (really identical) principles, and judges do like to borrow from existing case law as opposed to reinventing the wheel.

Servicer - this would have to be driven by the servicer, I don't know of any who will log into your proprietary system.To a large extent, which I am sure most of you folks won't like my answer, you are attempting to reinvent wheels that already exist for a long, long time.  

It can handle as many properties as you can throw at it so you won't have to reinvent the wheel in another 50 homes.  

Everything under the sun has already been invented so there is no need to reinvent the wheel.
