What if you get sick or injured and need to have a medical procedure? 

As there are no leases, you would need to follow the New York procedures for terminating month to month tenancies (timely notice, etc). 

There are of course specific procedures and timelines to follow. 

The clean up is the only downside of paint sprayers;but it really isn’t that bad after you work with the sprayer several times and get used to the procedure.

BUT.. there is SO MUCH as for required documents, rules, laws, ethics, processes and procedures, that you may find yourself on a daily and HOURLY basis saying things like, "What the heck does THAT mean?"

If you have to apply or re-zone, ask them about the procedure and what exactly is involved. 

I don’t know about New York but most states including North Carolina  have enacted an expedited eviction procedure for 10 tenants violating drug laws so just do your routine property inspection and leave a small amount of drugs in a closet ,  then call the police for search warrant which will remove the tenant to jail  The unconstitutional CDC addiction ban does not apply to evictions for anything other than nonpayment of rent 

If I'm not mistaken, that's covered under RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act), which has some big, sharp teeth.I'm not a lawyer, but my understanding is that requiring the use of any particular service as a result of a different transaction is a violation of the Sherman Anti Trust Act. 

Not sure of proper procedure here, just don't want to be inconsiderate given the holiday season so I would like to give them more notice if it is appropriate to do so.
