I decided to start a new post for the other ones.Despite the high insurance rates, I do think NOLA is a decent place for buy 'n hold ROI. 

I started going there since about 1990 from SoCal for fun and vacations so i've watched it evolve over the years from a dusty gambling town to an international resort destination and I see huge opportunity there over the next decade - it reminds me of LA around the Sunset Strip and Hollywood in the 80s when it was run down before billions of dollars started flowing in and now those areas are some of the most expensive in the city. 

Tomorrow is the Fayetteville Real Estate meetup and there's always contractors there so I'm going to be doing some meet n greet hopefully finding some or at least one solid GC.

Other than Vulcan, RedX and espresso, which phone leads data would you recommend for an investor cold caller rather than a realtor?

I have 37 units RSO in Hollywood. 

I bought my first home November of 2017 and I am going to figure out how to use the spare bedroom in my house to generate some income (Air B n B/ Renting it out are the ideas I plan to lock down by the end of 3Q).
