Yeah, that was my concern is having a VA aimlessly make phone calls and not convert because they aren't asking the right questions.

I usually provide the tenant with a physical key as well just in case the battery diesI like to avoid the 2am phone call to me or mangagement company if the battery diedIn summary, smart locks are great and are an awesome investment.

As far as saturation goes when the boom was hitting we started seeing regular homes and even mobile homes get converted to “cabin/chalet” rentals.
