There were full sheets on queen beds, standard pillow cases on king pillows, a missing microwave turn table without explanation, miss matched towels, trash not removed after a guest stay, failure to lock the lock out door (2x's) so the guest got to meet each other (they were not impressed) and the list goes on and on and that is only the local story.

So many things broke or needed repair within the first year or so: refrigerator, microwave, dirty carpets ripped up and subfloor repaired, AC compressor, electric panel updated, section of the roof repaired, leaky kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, other kitchen updates...Anyway, I went through just about ALL of my additional savings for these repairs and there are definitely more that need to be done.

On a bright note it is ovens for you, I only needed 1 of those but replaced 3 fridges which cost more plus a microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.
