I need to buy a range for rental property. I’m bit sure I should buy Coil or glass top Electric range.

Hi Sai. As you can see there are a lot of pros and cons for both of them regarding durability, ease of cleaning, heat conducting efficiency, cookware compatibility etc. It really depends on what you prioritize. This article goes into pros/cons further.
