Am I a good landlord because I didn't anticipate that a pandemic would cause the local, state, and federal governments to close most businesses and at the same time rewrite long standing laws to remove most protections of my property while at the same time requiring that all costs associated with maintaining that property, including taxes, continue to be paid?

A lot of Cody's employees have Finance degrees that he paid to send them to school for...every employee there has to know everything in the course so they can talk to potential clients and answer all the questions with actual knowledge of what they are talking about..Cody does not misrepresent anything..it's a great course & I have made a ton of money wholesaling..which I have learned by working there...it's easy and does NOT require and type of license to do it...but you have to understand exactly how it's done or you will try to middle man a house with out your cash buyers in place and that's impossible...you also need to know how to place the ads and where to place them to get your buyers list. .He's a good guy and 100% legit and I thank them all for the knowledge I received while I was there it's helped me out a lot...I don't have a Maserati or Rolls Royce but I have a great life with a great family and I don't want for anything..And even though I own my own business and make money there...
