Reputable Realtors and Local Banks/Credit Unions

Hello BP Forum,

As I posted my first question 2 months ago about locations to move back to in America. I would now like to take the next step and ask for some contacts from bigger pockets members. People you have worked with and could personally recommend.

I will be looking specifically for my first house hack. Duplex or greater.

Looking for reputable: 

1. Credit Unions/Banks that are local and offer competitive percentage rates 

2. Relators that I could connect with in the area that are movers and shakers (not a guy/gal who sells two houses a year)

Currently, I am still abroad in Asia finishing work here, but will be returning back to America this early fall.

Since I a still deciding on location; I have narrowed down to these cities/areas:

1. Tampa, FL Market 

2. San Antonio, TX Market 

3. St. Charles (West St. Louis), MO Market

4. Tuscon, AZ Market

I would truly be appreciative of any contacts in both fields that you personally have worked with and could recommend.
