I graduated with a degree in Communication Studies from Cal State Long Beach.

What I do have is a lot of drive, a great critical thinking and creative mind, and building experience.A little background, I am 25 year old with an engineering degree. 

There are now as many Americans with criminal records as there are Americans with college degrees- municipalities will be taking more steps to ensure fair housing access.

I think places like Gardena, maybe Hawthorne, Carson to a degree still, Inglewood a little bit all still have room to appreciate.
