One change is that I received an email from the Agent that said they got word there was a" 'Water issue' happening at the property, where water was exiting one of the units (duplex), and the city turned off the water, but it appears the tenant disconnected the meter, and the pipes have frozen".

This was done more in 2009,2010 when markets were frozen.

I have tickets to the Frozen Four hockey tournament.  

I was unable to go inside because all the doors are frozen shut with water.

If in fact you are in the Bay Area you should see 9%+ appreciation and 6%+ rent growth AND have almost frozen property taxes under Prop 13! 

cant figure out how to remove.... ill just hope no one cares about traveling to the frozen tundra for such small profit.

House will potentially be vacant, ransacked, this time of year frozen....

Fortunately, our losses in recent years have been limited to frozen pipes....Make sure you have a good local contractor walk though the repairs BEFORE you settle with the insurance company.  

I've already removed snow and salted but it has melted and frozen over and now tenant complaining about ice.
