winterize your vacant property

This is why you winterize your vacant property. I ran into this a few days ago while I was looking at property. I was unable to go inside because all the doors are frozen shut with water. A pipe must have busted on the second floor. As you can see water is pouring out of the window on the first floor unit and The basement is mid-thigh deep with frozen water. I called the listing agent and he called the water department to turn off the water supply in the street. There's going to be one unhappy homeowner.
