Has anyone here found creative financing solutions or partnerships that have worked for them lately?

If you're getting 80%, I’d love to hear what the qualification process looks like, since that's not something I've come across lately. 

Yes, the closing attorney wired our funds, the buyers lender backed out, too late my money was gone and attorney claimed for a week her escrow account was frozen and lied about what really happened until I discovered it and confronted her.

These are numbers for some of the nicer suites with separate laundry and nicer finishings but it gives you an idea of where things are at here.

The late filing penalties are around $200 per Month per Member/Partner if you miss the filing date.

In the event of default/non-performance on a CFD for vacant land in one of the hypothetical "foreclosure" states I mention above, does the land parcel have to go to auction, with bidding starting at the unpaid principle balance of the contract (plus late fees, legal fees, etc.)?

We've seen it happen as we've been hired many times to clean up messes and finish projects.
