Assuming this is correct, how are investors able to get decent cash flow out of a rental?

We own several residential homes in San Diego that we only lease to operators of care facilities...They make amazing tenants if set up correctly.

Cannot comment at all as I know nothing about this fund, but they must be experiencing greater than anticipated issues since last year they noted distributions will commence in Q3 of last year and they excel under the current economic conditions but if Jeff is correct, they are still in the red

If you're actually correct and the village has a 59k assessement on the land but the reality is the land is worth 20k, then I'd consider getting an appraiser even.
