If you are replacing old machines make your tenants aware to use a LOT less soap.

I've tried soap and water baking soda and even bleach on one of the doors and nothing has worked so far.

@Mark Miles and others - tree hugger here - I stopped using pods because they have determined that the little plastic "bag" that holds the soap in never truly dissolves.

And perhaps maybe the more important question is - Why not just have a 'VIP list' which would be comprised is potential cash buyers who can definitely provide funds?
