Long-distance investing is hazardous, in my opinion.

If we are talking 25% down, you pretty much are looking at new builds further out (35-45 min commute to downtown or Domain). 

Teams are essential for local investing, but even more so for long distance investing.

I am still a long distance full time college student so I hired maintenance and cleaner but I did all the rehab myself over the summer so I saved a fortune.
