Owner was a challenge to work with and since he wanted a quick close and we were happy with the purchase price, we opted not to scope the sewer line (despite homes of this age in the area after having lines collapse).

His message to the owners was that none of the tenants would pay rent, the rental market and economy would collapse, and owners should be prepared for the sky to fall.

If their economies collapse, it could have a ripple effect. 

I am just dumbfounded. I thought we might go negative maybe 10 or 20 cents a barrel. But this is just unimaginable, and its not even the low of the day.

How to better collapse the system with hand outs because we all know once they are on the hook with subsidies it will be a cold day in hell before they give up a free ride.
