I scanned it and found 1000 potential best value properties for my buck, how would you suggest to continue from here?

Around my area, where I do rentals. 3 or more unrelated people cannot co-habitat in a housing unit unless approved.Every town and county has such regulations, and you'll have to find the body that handles zoning or city planning and take it from there.

Do the infrared covid camera's capture dead bodies lying around?  

The honest truth is most brokerages want bodies, someone to charge monthly office fees and transaction fees. 

Has any body heard of such a thing?

I've been scanning the forums and listened to @Scott Smith on the Bigger Pockets podcast #109 talk about how real estate investors should maintain separate LLCs--one as the operating company, one for their fix and flips, and a separate entity for their buy and holds. 

No body likes taking their property off the market to end up putting it back because the buy can't actually get financed (for any number of different reasons).

I will keep using this quick method to scan through the on-market properties before I dive into a few of them for more in-depth analyses.
