I got a property manager and within two weeks I had my property rented to an Air force couple..

However, you don't get a "my tenant broke the lease" bonus fee, out of thin air. 

This is very much a "stick your thumb in the air and hope for the best" type approach. 

A little about myself, I'm a young Air Force veteran who has all the boxes checked off needing to start investing.

The very fact that this isn't just a story of "what if," it is honestly a reality of how and I can't even imagine what people are currently going through...I cry when I step outside because the air I am breathing is literally what remains from someone's home and belongings.

I already kindof know what I want to do to generate leads and find possible deals im just in a bit of an odd location situation.I am currently active duty Air Force stationed in Del Rio Texas, as I have been reading and absorbing information I have been planning on starting my REI career/hobby when I get back to my hometown of Melbourne Florida.

The listing says that some rehab is needed but optional (like adding a garage, or putting central air), and has been inspected 2 years ago.Let me know what you guys think, as I'm pretty excited to drop my money for this opportunity.
