Wealth that comes in the future after a significant amount t of time money and efforts have been invested or short term quick money that that you can reach out and touch immediately after investing or a steady residual income method where you're putting your money in position to work for you and not the other way around.

We did have to learn which adhesives worked better and how much to put on.

We also have multiple ways to earn a residual income.

Yes it is big money each time, but I am fine with building slowly and developing residual income that I can rely on even if I dont work tomorrow, or for a week/month/year/etc.

If I had to narrow it down, I think my main need/focus is to build wealth by residual income.  

My ultimate goal is to earn a residual income through buy and hold properties that matches or exceeds my current income within the next 10 years.

You could do a tile counter top, they are easy to do (plywood, hardie, premixed adhesive and tile).  

Once I create a YTD P&L, or run the VA residual income calculation, or whatever, it's right there in google sheets/docs in the "templates" tab at the bottom, waiting to be recycled on the next deal.
