When you are a home buying addict saying no to some of those houses can be tough, but I'm not much of a gambler and would rather sleep well at night even if it meant buying less houses :-)  We also brought on 2 new buyers and entered 2 new markets towards the end of last yea which I feel like actually ended up brining our numbers down last year but now that they are more trained and we are more familiar with these new areas I am hoping that we can really hit the ground running in 2015!
