We've been biggerpocket addicts ever since Sam stumbled upon Brandon Turner's (not sure how to tag) article “How to Start Investing In Real Estate at a Young Age” and are in the process of soaking up all the BP forum threads, articles, webinars, and podcasts that we can while we create our first deal.

I am still a newbie so balancing debt paydown with cash flow and appreciation just has my head spinning a bit.Our long term strategy is buy and hold.I am coming at this from a former Dave Ramsey addict's perspective.

At the time the podcast shows were up in the high 40's, after listening to a few I became addicted and had to start from show 1.

When you are a home buying addict saying no to some of those houses can be tough, but I'm not much of a gambler and would rather sleep well at night even if it meant buying less houses :-)  We also brought on 2 new buyers and entered 2 new markets towards the end of last yea which I feel like actually ended up brining our numbers down last year but now that they are more trained and we are more familiar with these new areas I am hoping that we can really hit the ground running in 2015!

WARNING, once you start to get into it, you will become addicted, haha!
