Thanks Ryan I've tried several regional banks but they don't work with out of state owners.

Great thread; I have been on BP and in learning mode the past eight months and have pulled the trigger on a 4-unit in the Cleveland region; it will be my first investment property....my decision was influenced by some on this thread.

I posted this is the Massachusetts Boston forum so prices reflect the region.

Unfortunately I am just now beginning my real estate education, so neither of these properties were good long term investments.I currently live in the National Capital Region (NCR), but I don't feel conformable investing in this high priced market.  

There are certain neighborhoods I would probably not venture to in region so it is good to be careful.

While there is some variability by region, Kijiji.ca is by far the most popular on-line listing site.
