Hi there, I was contacted by a hard money lender via LinkedIn shortly after my first post on BP forums.

It doesn’t mean the individual who contacted you actually represents the company.Legitimate lenders are not going to solicit you from LinkedIn, Craigslist, or Facebook.

So, try to connect with them on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. and then post weekly updates about your efforts. 

I look them up on LinkedIn and FB and try to get an understanding of who they are. 

I’ve had my license for 4 months and have been investing in FB ads, google ads, keeping in touch with my sphere and expanding my network on Linkedin and here.
