Newbie with first deals
Hi everyone, I'm new to real estate investing and am excited to be closing on my first deals in 2 months. It will be two 4-family buildings.
I was going to ask for cash out refinance lender recommendations, but realized that's not allowed.
So my new question is, what should I be doing to prepare myself?
- Which books to read?
- Which people to start connecting with?
- Should I swap my car for a truck?
- Setting up accounting or other systems?
- What else should I be thinking about?
Thanks!
PS Let's connect on here or my LinkedIn, I'd love to meet more people in the area. Happy to meet up virtually or in person.
