Ironically, I've got a guy that used to manage crews and do flips for a reliable reference several years ago living with me and he's itching to get back into it.  

I've been a member for a little while and I've been so busy learning and getting my first deal done I forgot to post an introduction.My name is nathan larson, I work full time and have been itching to get into re.

However, I'm finding that I have an itch to pick up more real estate and there are two problems: (1) deals are time-intensive to find and (2) I need more time to build up my capital so that I won't be undercapitalized when I pick up my next deal.

Now, I am getting the itch again and this time I am going about this slowly, with an focus on learning from folks who have done this for an amount of time.

I'm just itching to get stared :o)I've been in the Kansas City area since 2000 (Peculiar is 45mins from downtown Kansas City), Springfield/Branson area before that, and East Cost as a kid.

It turned out to be a suited home that I and my wife are house hacking and have been for a year but I am itching to get into my next rental property but I don't have a down payment saved up because me and my wife got married this year as well.

And even if you do have to end up selling it you will have a lot more knowledge for the next time the real estate itch starts itching and it will.

I've had the itch to do so for about 4 years but never had the guts to actually do it but now I'm going to force myself to do it.

Makes me itch to pay 20k per sq.ft. on bare land, plus you have the hillside issue.
