He informed me that those in Baton Rouge living in the Fema trailers are given some type of subsidization to live in a condo, which would open up the condo rental market, mostly because the Fema trailers are needed in the Houston area...has anyone else heard anything about this?

Just heard that Fema trailers that are currently occupied here in Baton Rouge are needed in Houston...and so the residents are being moved out and given subsidization to rent condo units...has anybody heard anything about that here in Baton Rouge or close by?

Many people don't know this, but Houston as a city is very liberal.

I am an active flipper/landlord in Houston, TX and also run a software company.

We are most likely going to purchase a commercial property with 2 other partners in a TIC structure out in Houston Texas. 

I currently live in Atlanta, GA and the property will be in Houston, TX.
