I'm new to this blog and real estate. I'm interested in purchasing tax property. I have not been to a tax auction yet and wanted to know if there was a way to buy before it hits auction.

Is it difficult to get title ins on those? 

What's the best route to start as a newbie? 

The recent flood here was very devastating but does that create opportunity to investors??
